Every workout should have a clear purpose, placed within a broader periodization plan, with a focus on long-term sustainability. Even with a busy life full of commitments.
Run for the journey.
Running coaching for those who love the journey, not the destination.
If you’ve been running for a few months without structure, you’ll probably recognize yourself in this: you always run at the same intensity and follow generic plans downloaded from the web.
Maybe you have a race in mind but don’t know how to reach peak condition, or you’re simply looking for more structure in your training.

Who it’s for
Runners aged 25–35 in their early competitive experiences who want to prepare for 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, or marathons with a structured and sustainable approach.
Who’s behind Runshift
I’m Lorenzo, a former skier, now an amateur marathon runner and UESCA-certified coach.
In recent years, running has become my way to build solid routines and explore the world, taking me to races in places like Madrid, Rome, Tokyo, and Paris.
The Runshift philosophy comes from this: Run for the journey. Running not just for the race, but to discover new places (and yourself) through a path built on consistency, discipline, and daily progress.
Training with me means working toward sustainable long-term goals, with clear programming designed to integrate running into everyday life.
